Greetings Dear Friends in Love and Light and Peace and Joy!
With this new decade will come changes in our lives, changes in our beliefs, changes in our relationships and possibly in our careers, changes in politics, and changes in Mother Earth.
May we welcome change: embrace it and become flexible, knowing that the only permanent thing is change! May we continue to give thanks to Source for being here at this very special time on earth, and may we continue to send blessings, love and light to all living beings on this amazing planet! May we also embrace the unexpected events that happen in our lives and in other countries, and in our government, knowing that all is truly in order. And the more we pray and bless each action, the more it will be held in the light, and the more it will transform for the highest good of all. Remember that the biggest challenge we all face is to integrate our deepest spiritual insights into our daily lives, and to recognize the disguised challenges to our spirituality that we face everyday. One obvious sign of this challenge is the feelings of anger that may well up in us in unexpected situations. When we recognize this emotion and visualize love from our expanded hearts being sent to it, we will notice the energy shift that appears to transcend the emotion, and we can smile and bless ourselves for this divine observation.
Let us also see the Angels and Masters walking with us, walking with everyone, as we continue to invite "Them" into our lives, our thoughts, all our actions, praising everything we say or do or think with a silent or jubilant prayer of gratitude.
As we manifest change in our lives, let us be aware that we are the creators of that manifestation---be it positive or negative. As divine beings connected to everyone and everything, let us hold the vibration of love towards all, and towards all events. The greatest transformer is Love, and the greatest power is Love. As we visualize ourselves expanding beyond this planet, let us see ourselves holding this amazing planet in our arms, sending love, light, blessings, peace, joy and unity to Mother Earth. Let us also visualize our hearts expanding with this love vibration shifting the energy of all life here. Let us keep this image in our consciousness as "the unexpected" jolts us from time to time. We are infinite and eternal. We radiate bliss wherever we go, and we have the power to project sacred light to all events, all activities, all beings, for we are Magnificent Beings of the Source-Creator!
So let the celebration of change begin with us, as we see everything with new vision, cognizant that activities and events are transitory; and we are eternal beings living in a transitory existence, learning and experiencing lessons that contribute to our spiritual evolution all the time! Let us cultivate an attitude of gratitude, blessing all things and all life as it continues to unfold and change and recreate itself. Let us spiritually "go with the flow" and continue our fellowship with Divinity, as we experience manifold miracles in our lives each day, crafted and gifted to us through Change!

A Time Of New Creation
Dear Friends in Love and Light and Peace!
Greetings to you at this very special time--A New Year-A New Decade!
May we continue visualizing a positive outlook for all, knowing that we are creating our own realities, our day to day activities, and our interactions with others. May we continue to send the light to all external circumstances, and bless all events, even if we feel they are appearing in the negative disguise--bless them even more!
Always remember: we create our thoughts, our actions, and our behavior!
If we have challenges coming to call, let us see them in the light of Christ, and see them being resolved with ease and grace. If the challenges deal with health, as some of mine currently do, continue to see them healed in Divine Order, and continue to surrender everything to Source...surrender, and then focus only on the resolution! Let us not focus on the pain or the discomfort, or negativity, for that will only reinforce its existence. Know that the Light is shifting everything, and bringing that which does not wish to be revealed to the surface to be exposed and transformed too.
We can start each day in gratitude and cultivate an affectionate relationship with joy and well-being. We can also talk to Guidance as often as possible: in our cars, washing our dishes, cooking, reading, watching the television, before we go to sleep, when we wake up in the morning--as we keep a continuous dialogue going with Guidance. Let us remember that Guidance and we are creators working together for the highest good of all. We should never, ever underestimate our Divine Power, our Radiance, and our ability to transform our lives and our surroundings!
We are Holy Beings of Sacred Light and Sound, and we are manifesting as everything, all the time. Let us continue to be aware of the expansion of our Sacred Selves, as it is revealed in people, in the flowers, the grass, the "inanimate objects" around our homes, the sounds of the ocean waves, the wind whistling in the trees, the snowflakes, the warmth of the sun, and the chill of the evening air. Know that all of this is us, and we are in all! Let us begin to visualize ourselves as extensions of everything around us all the time. Let us be mindful to acknowledge this fact and talk to the objects around us, giving them thanks for their connection with us. Let us talk to our bodies, our cells, our brains, our consciousness, our emotions, our thoughts, and our actions, as we remember to talk and laugh and celebrate with all of our energetic extensive selves as often as possible too!
We should never forget that we have amazing potential to shift the global consciousness all the time. We are magnificent, phenomenal beings of light! Let us remember to acknowledge ourselves in all of our glory, in all of our power, our love, and our joy as we commune with ourselves in Spirit as often as possible in this marvelous new decade!
In this new year, let us also appreciate our own company and our amazing energetic bodies that expand to the horizon!
But let us also take the time to enjoy the company of others: come celebrate with Crystal and me as we ring in the New Year with a Guided Meditation/Channeling Workshop at the Learning Light Center in Anaheim, CA on January 16, from 1-3 P.M. We hope to see you there, as we continue to fellowship, laugh, and commune together with Guidance!

A Very Blessed New Year!
Happy New Year to all my Family and Friends in Love, Light and Peace!
Much has happened over the past few weeks, as you may have suspected by my two-week absence from this blog. But now that the Christmas tree has been taken down and the ornaments put away for next year, I am sitting down to once again begin my weekly blog posts.
This Christmas introduced heightened sacred energy vibrations, and New Year's Eve intensified the activity with the second full moon in the month of December---a rare event called a Blue Moon. (This happens only about once every 20 years, which is where the saying "once in a blue moon" comes from!) New Year's Eve was a marvelous time to pray and meditate in Spirit, as the energies of bliss and tranquility brought forth the jubilant celebrating of a new linear time full of marvelous opportunities for Humans to commune with Divinity.
Instead of heading out into the streets with party hats and streamers, my family and I decided to relax in the company of each other and relish the love and comfort of just being in the presence of each other and in Spirit. We began the New Year's Eve celebration with a guided meditation led by me, and with our friend, Kathy, as our invited guest. Afterwards, we just sat and soaked up the bliss and the all-enveloping peace that lingered in the aether after the last strains of meditative music had faded into silence. After several long and lovely quiet minutes, we began a lively conversation sharing our thoughts about Spirit, being in the NOW, and the amazing spiritual encounters we have had in our lives.
During this discussion, Guidance enlightened us with special comments from my older daughter, Crystal, who talked about the the higher dimensions of our universe and how we humans can crisscross through different realities in our dreams. We talked for so long that we almost missed the coming of the New Year! Fortunately we heard the clock chime in time to turn on the TV and watch the ball drop as we counted down the seconds to 2010, and when the new decade arrived we celebrated with shouts of joy, with hugs and with gratefulness for just being together. (And with a little champagne, too!)
As we progress further into this New Year that has been given to us by Source, let us be grateful for the infinite potential to create opportunities of successful endeavors with Guidance in all that we think, all that we say, or do, or manifest. Let us remember that we are constantly creating our realities, and let us be FOCUSED on all that we create, as we are cognizant that no matter what the external events present to us, the LIGHT is always present, and God-Creator-Source is always, always within and around us. Know that everything is happening in Divine Order, and our job is to see the light stirring beneath everything, all the time, and to pray that everything manifests for the Highest Good of All!
Know that all you see and experience and feel is in Oneness. All is perfection; all is proceeding according to the creative energetic awareness of all Beings in Form, observing the experience of themselves as Creators, as they design their realities within and without to reflect the Global Consciousness that embodies all, everywhere. Know that you are powerful, magnificent Beings of Sacred Light and Sound, of Peace, of Joy as you gloriously emanate the Potential for Paradise on Earth in all that you do, or say, or think.
On January 16, Crystal and I will start off the New Year by having a Guided Meditation/Channeling Workshop at Learning Light in Anaheim, CA from 1-3 P.M. We hope to see you there, as we fellowship, celebrate, and commune together in Spirit!
