Dear Friends in Love and Light,
Another week has flown by, and I am in the midst of many different activities: wrapping gifts, decorating the Christmas tree, and deciding what to get those loved ones who are particularly hard to buy for! But even so I am trying to take time and enjoy these precious weeks by being in the flow of the love of sacred sounds at this magical time of the year, and integrating this love into my total being. Look amidst the hustle and bustle and you will see so much joy and laughter, and so much hope! Do not expect to find these positive sentiments in the media, but instead look within yourself and those whom you love dearly, for we carry this magnificent Christ Light within ourselves, and we spread the love and joy and peace and laughter that we wish for ourselves and this world.
Even when I am rushing about---mailing packages, buying presents, trying to find the best deals---I still find time to give thanks just for being here on this earth, partnering with Gaia at this special time of year. I see God in everyone---even the folks who steal my parking spaces---and I praise Source throughout my day for all the good that comes my way, because I am creating all that comes my way. When an annoyance arises, I acknowledge it, give thanks for the lesson learned, and then move on; for I have much to do and enjoy in this life, as do you, dear ones!
As I make my way through the shopping centers, I don't dwell on the size of the crowds, I give thanks for simply being able to walk without aid! I give thanks for being able to hear the beautiful holiday music wafting through the air, to see all the smiling faces of children who are overwhelmed with wonder, and I send the light from within me to everyone...for all people are my brothers and sisters! I see myself in the many mirrors of the sacred human beings who blanket the surface of this beautiful planet. I ask that the Violet Light of Healing be sent out into the world, to all life everywhere, to the entire Universe. Being in the light, sending the light out, and receiving the light...this is the true meaning of Holiday Spirit!
This past week I have spent much time working with several young gifted musicians to prepare a program for them to perform on December 27th in Los Angeles, CA. I give thanks that I can connect with these lovely youngsters, and that they are willing to give of their time and musical talent to their community. This concert will allow them to bring forth sacred sounds integrating with healing light that will transform all who are privileged to hear them perform!
Very soon I will be sending you an amazing Meditation of the Violet Flame that Crystal and I worked very diligently to prepare this past weekend! For today, however, I will leave you with an excerpt from my poem "A New Awareness" which can be found in my anthology Guided by Spirit. (If you click on the Guided By Spirit link you can hear me read this poem aloud!) Repeat this mantra every morning, and I guarantee you will find yourself totally receptive to all the love and beauty of the Holiday Season!
I am awake and alive and energized with God vibrations.
I focus on good things.

I live in total gratitude for all that comes my way.

Poetry, Meditation & Channeling Session
Dear Friends in Love and Light and Spirit,
Happy Holiday Greetings to each and every Divine Soul!
This has been an exciting week for me: yesterday my older daughter, Crystal and I, conducted a Transformational Poetry, Meditation & Channeling Session at The Learning Light Center in Anaheim, CA. It was an extremely successful event, with many souls in attendance who graced us with much light and information. We were especially blessed to receive the Ascended Master Saint Germaine, who presented us with a Violet Flame Meditation. Every day this past week, I was shown a beautiful violet vial in my bedroom mirror, and I took pictures which I brought to the meditation session for the members to see. When we received Saint Germain's meditation I realized that these images were from Saint Germaine to prepare me for Saturday's session! Saint Germaine also took us to meet The Christ, with intense visions of all the Archangels and the Seraphim Host surrounding Him and us. Later during the session, Crystal channeled The Elohim who answered various questions asked by the people in attendance. At the very end, my own guides presented me with a new Christmas Poem which I shared with everyone. It was a truly magnificent event!
After a brief stop at home, Crystal and I drove down to San Diego to participate in a Meditation, Reflection and Healing Session led by Paula McIntyre, a wonderful Spiritual Healer, and I read my channeled Christmas Poem again to this new group.
I'd love to share the following excerpt from the channeled Christmas Poem with you:
"Christmas Meditation"
Holy Christmas Sounds, Holy Lights, Holy Vibrations,
All around us, within our hearts, our consciousnesses
Our emotions, our very Souls
Transforming us, guiding us, healing us
Awakening us in all dimensions
In all of ourselves
Coming together from all levels, all worlds
United in Spirit with all Souls in this Universe
And The Prince of Peace
The Christ Consciousness Energy
Embodies all; bringing forth Hope
Visualizations of the potential for Peace
For Unity, for Continuous enlightenment of our Beingness
Encouraging us to become increasingly aware
Of all the Heavenly Paradise that surrounds us
As we pysically expand
To allow more of the sacred sounds
Of Holy Words, Holy Music, Holy Radiance

Today I celebrated my younger daughter, Jennifer's birthday. We shared a wonderful and filling meal at Cheesecake Factory and then saw a movie before retiring home to enjoy her ice cream birthday cake from Coldstone Creamery. This was actually the second cake I bought, since the first ice cream cake melted after I accidentally stored it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer. Whoops! I must have still been zoned out from yesterday's meditation, but oh well. My family got a good laugh out of it, and so did I. It was a good reminder than it is always better to laugh at your mistakes instead of worrying about them.

Happy Thanksgiving ~ With Gratitude
Hello dear friends in Spirit!
Once again, I greet you in love, light, and peace! I am still cleansing and healing from my bout with the flu, but my heart is light, and I joyously greet Source and my Angels and Masters each morning with enthusiastic gratitude for all that We are creating!
I had so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Holiday: a loving, devoted family I can laugh and make memories with; wonderful friends to help me remain harmonious and balanced in all that we do; and amazing, delicious food that was prepared with an abundance of love and joy. I gave thanks for the sunshine, and the rain, and the snow, sending blessings to all parts of the world regardless of the weather. I gave thanks for the safety of travelers, praying that their journey to see their loved ones would be completed with grace and ease.
I also took time to say prayers for all those in this world who are not as fortunate, and in doing so I found that I had to remind myself not to focus on the negative. It is all too easy during the holiday season to radiate pity for those in need instead of directing loving, supportive thoughts their way. We all have challenges in life, and we must remember that we do not meet these challenges alone, but with the support of Spirit guiding our souls, imparting wisdom to us, walking with us every step of our journey through life as we remember to stay focused on a successful outcome in all of our endeavors.
There is an excerpt from the poem "Gratitude" in my anthology Connections With Spirit that I love sharing and which truly summarizes my feelings at this time of year:
Gratitude is a moment by moment acknowledgment of love, of support, of joy, for being on this spiritual voyage
It's being in a constant state of awareness with everything around us, and giving thanks for it
It's embracing all opportunities and challenges with a silent prayer of thanks
As we constantly connect with the Divine with an appreciative response daily
As I re-read these words, I realize that this would be an excellent message to share at the Transformational Poetry, Meditation and Channeling Workshop that my daughter, Crystal and I are continuing to prepare for this coming Saturday at the Learning Light Center in Anaheim. I hope you will be able to join us there from 1-3PM and afterward at 5PM in San Diego for a Christmas Meditation led by spiritual healer Paula McIntrye, and a special reading of my Christmas Spiritual Poems, designed to put you into a blissful, energetically, harmonized and balanced state of consciousness for the holiday season!

Spiritual Health + Preparing for the Holidays
Hello Family and Friends,
Once again, we chat on my new blog space! Unfortunately this week I was waylaid by the flu, so I was unable to do much of anything except rest. However, it turns out rest is exactly what I needed, because it gave me some much needed time to continue writing for a new book of spiritual insights I plan on publishing next spring...sometimes Source works in mysterious ways! I will update you in a month or two about the title and the contents of this book.
Since the Sacred Merkabah Workshop on November 14th in San Diego, my dreams have been very, very intense! There are many details that I remember and record, and I continue to receive clearer insight into my spiritual mission in this lifetime. Again, my visions emphasize that I must continue my writing. Of course I already knew this information, but it's always good to receive regular reminders that I'm on the right path.
I also received insight into why I came down with the flu this week: Source is reminding me that I am not spending enough time listening to what my body has to say! This sickness is a way to focus me on taking care of myself, focus that is needed because I am about to go through a cleansing which will allow me to receive information with greater clarity from the Beings of Light that surround me at all times. We always think of spirituality as belonging to the mental and emotional realms, but the truth is your body also needs to be healthy to fully process spiritual messages from the Divine!
In other news, my daughter, Crystal and I are continuing to prepare for our Transformational Poetry, Meditation & Channeling Workshop at the Learning Light Center in Anaheim, CA on December 5, from 1-3 PM. Afterwards, we will head down to San Diego for a Christmas Meditation, led by Paula McIntrye, a wonderful friend & Spiritual Healer, where I will read my spiritual Christmas poetry before Paula's guided meditation. This will put everyone in the special Christmas energy of Harmony and Grace for all of the family oriented activities that occur during the holiday season.
These two meditations will also help people to focus on the love vibration that is permeating the atmosphere, and the joy and enthusiasm that is felt by everyone throughout this special season. If you are available on December 5th, you might want to put aside your chores to either participate in the special workshop at the Learning Light Center or join us in San Diego for the Christmas meditation that is sure to carry you energetically and vibrationally through the New Year.
One last reminder: don't forget to send spiritual and uplifting comments or stories to me. I will have a special post later to share them with my readers!

Sacred Merkabah Workshop + Guided Meditation & Channeling
Hello Everyone!
Yesterday, my older daughter, Crystal, my friend, Paula, and I conducted our Fall Sacred Merkabah Workshop from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. It was an amazing experience for everyone involved, and we were all enthusiastic about reaching new levels of spiritual enlightenment!
Each participant received three treatments:
We offer Merkabah workshops throughout the rest of the year as well, and we hope to schedule another in January or February of 2010. Be sure to check my blog in December for more details!
On Saturday, December 5th, from 1-3 P.M. Crystal and I will hold a Spiritual workshop with a Guided Meditation, followed by a special Channeling session during which Crystal will channel the Trinity Group and answer questions from the audience. This is a very popular workshop given at the Learning Light Center in Anaheim, CA, so be sure to sign up early by emailing me at LightworkerGloria@gmail.com.

- Transcendental Meditative Prayer - this treatment uses sacred sound to release old patterns and prepare one to receive a new more powerful connection to the Merkabah
- Sacred Merkabah Language - this treatment aligns one to receive the full benefit of the new Merkabah pattern
- Anchoring & Integration - the final treatment merges the new Merkabah pattern into one's DNA to bring harmony and balance

Welcome to Gloria Lindsay's Spiritual Journal
Hello Friends,
I'm finally launching an online journal to discuss my spiritual experiences with you!
I'll be posting information here about my poetry, my inspirational insights & speeches, and spiritual workshops that I conduct in Southern California throughout the year.
Many of you already know about the spiritual literature I've published---Connections with Spirit, Guided by Spirit---and the autobiographical story, Triumph Over Trauma, about raising my younger daughter, Jennifer.
By the way, Jennifer has recently released a CD of New Age & Ambient vocal music, which you can preview and purchase on her website: Sinfonia Records!
